CASE STUDIES

Below is a brief outline on how we helped some of our clients deliver on their objectives together with their thoughts on working with us:

  • Provided our Mobile Bar which was rebranded and used as a delivery platform to serve product from at the 2022 Barcode Festival.
  • 20220707_130118Constantly looking at new opportunities for Lactalis to enhance their market exposure via Live Events.

Nichola & Steve have been an invaluable source of practical information, and a great sounding board for ideas around trade shows for many years. They have provided me with fantastic tools for planning and running trade show stands, and have also offered constructive and relevant feedback post events to ensure continuous improvements.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get more out of their presence at events, be they trade or consumer facing, and I am looking forward to continuing to work with them on future projects.

The D.I.T. is a Government department responsible for striking & extending trade agreements between the UK and other countries. We have been engaged with both the North East and East of England D.I.T. regions.

The D.I.T. North East region identified that businesses who were attending overseas events with financial support from the D.I.T. would benefit from a better understanding of how to execute trade shows more effectively. A series of workshops have been developed which build the skills and confidence of delegates and enable them to more productively plan, implement and evaluate their trade show presence.

Several delegates have attended workshops so far with exhibitors having significantly changed their plans for trade shows which returned a higher quality of lead capture, quicker conversion to business and a significant uplift in feature coverage across national news and media. More recently the framework of the Live D.I.T. Workshops was adapted to deliver both live and pre-recorded Webinar sessions and content for D.I.T.’s clients.

ProExTra have delivered an excellent series of  in person and webinar based comprehensive exhibitor traininghttps___cdn.evbuc.com_images_46541482_234519833242_1_original workshops. Feedback from companies has been very positive and enthusiastic and has enabled them to generate more profitable business from their trade show investments.

Commissioning and working with ProExTra has been a very good experience. Not only are they knowledgeable and professional, but they are consistently customer-focussed,  passionate about the quality of their service and continually seeking to review, improve and innovate to the benefit of their clients..

We have also contributed content for the D.I.T. East of England Blog.

We have extended our brief across a number of projects in relation to the National Convenience Show and found the team to be consistently creative, passionate and reliable. We get a job well done but also ideas about how we can change and evolve in the future to improve our offering which isn’t something you get from many suppliers.

MACO UK Ltd

MACO UK are an award winning and highly respected member of the window and door industry. Their UK operation is recognised as a state of the art logistics and customer care centre delivering their products countrywide with confidence.

We delivered a bespoke workshop for their Exhibition Squad and Senior Management Team in order for them to understand the organisation’s  targets and objectives for their industry show and what their role would be to deliver on these.  The overall ethos of the day was to empower them to take full responsibility of their participation in the showbrand pre, during and post event. As part of this engagement we incorporated a role-playing session and produced a refresher video for the Squad members to digest before the show. The Video re-enforced the agreed standards and methodology of their tasks as agreed during the workshop between themselves as a unified team and their employers.

MACO UK engaged ProExTra to deliver a bespoke exhibitor training workshop with some additional pre-show video support prior to our industry’s flagship event.

Subsequently we have experienced an increase in qualified pipeline leads of over 50% from the show compared to the last time we exhibited at the same event.

We would highly  recommend ProExTra’s approach to exhibitor training to any organisation looking to increase their ROI from a trade show.

JOB3075W425Ahead of the 2019 event, the organisers held an exhibitor day at which ProExTra delivered a 90 minute session to inspire delegates plan and execute their show better and drive a stronger ROI.  Over 100 exhibitors left the session with the skills and confidence to positively impact on their event delivery.

From the start Steve & Nichola  knew what we were looking to achieve from our Exhibitor Training Day and they delivered. On the day they provided training & advice on planning & delivering a successful campaign which encompassed a range of both new & experienced exhibitors.

They were easy to work with, enthusiastic & knowledgeable. We have had some fantastic feedback from our exhibitors on the training & would highly recommend them to both organisers & exhibitors.

Picture1CRESS Systems

CRESS design and manufacture energy storage systems for industrial efficiency.

Richard Bradshaw of CRESS initially attended an Exhibitor Training workshop as part of a local Department for International Trade event ahead of exhibiting at T.O.C. Europe. Feeling that his team would benefit from what he’d learned, he asked ProExTra to deliver a 2 hour training session via video-conference to his VP Global Sales based in UAE, followed by regular video conference follow-ups to check on progress and sense check further developments.

Although the team were experienced in delivering trade shows, they were able to elevate their proposition to the next level, thinking more deeply about objectives, stand collateral and how their team would respond to visitor conversations.

Thank you for all your help and support with our TOC event planning. It turned out to be a very successful event for us. Lots of high quality leads and  interested visitors with everything running very smoothly. The preparation and your contribution was vital and paid off by giving us a well executed event with no glitches.
